Here at the Knitted Bouquet I have selected a few yarns that I feel complement my flowers perfectly. It has taken a lot of trial and error to make sure the yarns I use not only knit and felt beautifully but also have the lovely colours needed to show off the flowers to their best.

The Cascade 220 comes in an array of gorgeous colours and I have used this for all my flowers. This yarn is used in my kits as well. Please take a look at the colours available. It is extremely nice to knit with and felts beautifully with very little effort.

The Brigantia is another beautiful wool that is lovely to work with. I was keen to find a UK based wool that fit with my requirements and the Brigantia is perfect.It comes from Yorkshire in a variety of colours and the felt is slightly fuller than the cascade but still a lovely result.
I have chosen colours based on my flowers so please take a look. Some of the shades are more muted if you would prefer a subtler look to your flowers and the quality is superb.

The Manos wool clasica is a real treat if you want something special to have a go with. This knits and felts beautifully and gives a very special look to the flowers. The rose lends itself perfectly to this yarn and gives a real luxury feel to your finished item. Knitted or felted it can't fail to delight.
